Megan Critelli is an Administrative Director with 20 years of experience in higher education and operations. At Measures for Justice, she works closely with executive leadership to align strategy with day-to-day operations, overseeing teams and processes that support organizational goals.

With a strong background in project management and organizational systems, Megan brings a clear, structured approach to leadership, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.

​

As Board Chair, Megan provides strategic guidance in support of food access and community well-being. She is known for her collaborative style and commitment to strengthening the organizations and communities she serves.

Susan Orr has been a supporter of the People’s Pantry dating back to its humble food cupboard roots in the former Calvary St Andrews Presbytery Parish. For over 23 years Susan served in a variety of roles for the Presbyterian of Genesee Valley, completing her ministry in June 2024 as Transitional Leader/Stated Clerk. The issue of food insecurity became a personal passion after her impactful experience participating in the 2013 SNAP Food Stamp Challenge, learning about the daily struggles faced by our hungry neighbors by living on the average SNAP benefit for one week.

James is a Construction Superintendent dedicated to creating homeownership opportunities to low-income first-time home buyers. With over 27 years of experience in construction, James specializes in new build/complete renovation construction. When he is not overseeing projects, you can find James riding his motorcycle.

Anne Marie Matina is retired from Excellus BCBS after 35 years in Information Technology.

Once retired she took an interest in Food Insecurity and started volunteering at different organizations.  The People’s Pantry of Rochester was a natural fit and she has been with us for over 6 years.

Anne Marie enjoys running, biking and reading. She especially loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Josh Tatro has a Finance degree from John Carroll University and has worked in Wealth Management since 2011. Josh and his wife Caitlyn are parents of two boys (with a third on the way in November). Soccer is one of Josh’s greatest passions, and he enjoys playing, watching, and coaching a youth team for Fairport Soccer Club. In his youth, Josh spent time volunteering at a food shelter near his hometown in Ohio with his three younger brothers. He's grateful for the opportunity to serve the Rochester community at the People's Pantry.

Linc recently fulfilled his term as Board Chair and we are excited that he has decided to stay on as the Board’s Vice Chair.

Linc is a retired chemist & software developer, and volunteers regularly at the pantry. He has spent many years volunteering his talents and services to the Peoples Pantry and we are so grateful for all he does! He has been so instrumental in the development and success of all we do.

Char brings decades of experience in service, leadership, and community impact. She previously served as Food & Beverage Director at St. Peter’s Kitchen, overseeing daily operations serving 300–400 people, managing staff and more than 100 volunteers, and building strong partnerships with donors and community organizations. She also led outreach efforts, fundraising, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Char owned and operated The Rochester Club for nearly 20 years, managing all aspects of the business, including staff, budgeting, and events.

Known for her operational strength, creativity, and steady leadership, Char brings a practical, community-first approach to her role as Executive Director of The People’s Pantry.

Carly Cook is employed by Measures for Justice as Director of Design. As a director of UX Design she is focused on creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. She leads her team from insight to impact through research, strategy and thoughtful design. Carly is a graduate of School of Visual Arts and Hobart and William Smith.

Mia Newell retired in 2022 after a 40-year career as a Professional Registered Nurse. For the
last 32 years of her career, she worked at Rochester General Hospital, where she held various administrative positions, including Nurse Manager in the Nephrology Department.
Mia served in several officer positions for the Great Lakes Chapter of the American National
Nephrology Association for 15 years and worked as a charge nurse for Covid-19 vaccination pop-up clinics for the City of Rochester.As a longtime resident of Webster, Mia enjoys traveling, spending summer at her vacation home in the Thousand islands, and spoiling her mini golden-doodle named Charlie.

Emily Redman serves as Treasurer on the board of The People’s Pantry and brings over a decade of experience in strategic budgeting, planning, project management, and governance. In her role in the Office of the Provost at RIT as Senior Director of Budget, Planning, and Administration, she focuses on long-term financial strategy and building transparent decision-making structures for Academic Affairs—skills she brings as the pantry grows.

Emily was introduced to the pantry through her mom, a volunteer and fellow board member, and values the opportunity to serve the Rochester community together. Outside of work, she is a lifelong volleyball player and former coach who enjoys staying active, learning, and building community.

Rajiv Balasubramaniam, a City of Rocheester resident, is the Technical Business Development Director, Specialty Chemicals at Kodak.  In his 30-year career, starting in the research labs, he has worked on commercializing numerous projects and held leadership positions.

Rajiv started volunteering at the pantry with a group of volunteers from his church, Community of the Savior, which has partnered with the pantry for over a decade. Serving at the pantry gives him the opportunity to address socio-economic inequities at a personal level.

In his free time, Rajiv enjoys traveling with his wife Teressa, visiting sons in DC and NYC, cooking Sri-Lankan cuisine, rooting for Chicago sports teams, and walking the dogs.   

Lea serves as the Creative Workshops Manager the Memorial Art Gallery, after concluding 9 years as the Executive Director of Camp Whitman on Seneca Lake.  
 

Lea is a past Moderator of the Presbytery of Genesee Valley, and worked with the Presbytery on the board of ROC SALT before and during the transition to create the People's Pantry as its own 501c3 organization and then as the Treasurer of the People's Pantry from 2000 to 2025. 

Kelsey Rausch is employed by Measures for Justice as a Digital Marketing and Communication Associate. She has a wealth of experience in marketing, SEO, social media, fundraising and business development, branding, website development and much more. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia.
